Welcome to AnimalMandala. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of animalmandala.com, the free 4 Seasons Mandala experience (“4SM”), AniMandaland (“AML”), digital downloads, subscriptions, and related services. By using the website, creating an account, accessing digital content, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Purchases processed by ClickBank are also subject to the applicable ClickBank Terms of Sale shown at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.
1. Operator and contact
The website and services are operated under the name AnimalMandala. Questions, cancellation support, complaints, and legal notices may be sent to support@animalmandala.com.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security.
3. Free 4 Seasons Mandala experience
4SM is a free guided experience. The registration form requests your name and email address and does not require a payment card. After the form, we may display an optional AniMandaland offer before delivering access to the free experience. Declining that offer does not remove your 4SM access. Your first name may be used to personalize the offer and service messages.
The offer displayed immediately after 4SM registration is a one-time offer. If you decline it, that decision is recorded so the offer is not presented again; you can still start the standard AniMandaland membership at any time.
4. AniMandaland subscription, price, and 4SM trial offer
AniMandaland has one standard paid subscription: €9.90 every three months. The subscription renews every three months until cancelled.
After registering for the free 4 Seasons Mandala experience, an optional one-time offer may provide 30 days of AniMandaland at €0, followed by €9.90 every three months. A valid payment method is required when accepting the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the first €9.90 charge is scheduled after the 30-day trial and the subscription then continues on the same three-month billing cycle until cancelled.
Prices presented to consumers are intended as final displayed prices. Where the checkout is operated by ClickBank using Simplified Pricing, applicable transaction taxes are included in the displayed consumer price. The price, currency, trial, billing interval, number of cycles, retailer, and tax treatment shown in the applicable checkout immediately before approval form part of your order and control if they differ from general website copy.
5. Payment, retailer, and automatic renewal
AniMandaLand subscriptions described in these Terms are sold through ClickBank, which acts as retailer for the ClickBank transaction. The ClickBank checkout identifies the price, recurring billing schedule, retailer, and applicable order terms before purchase. For ClickBank orders, the ClickBank Terms of Sale and Return and Subscription Cancellation Policy also apply to the transaction.
By approving the recurring AniMandaland subscription, you authorize the applicable retailer or payment provider to charge the selected payment method every three months according to the schedule shown at checkout. The 4SM trial-to-paid offer begins with 30 days at €0 and then follows the same three-month renewal schedule unless cancelled before the trial ends. Recurring billing continues until cancelled unless a fixed number of rebills is expressly stated. AnimalMandala does not store full payment-card credentials.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel the recurring AniMandaLand subscription at any time before the next scheduled charge. Cancellation and order lookup for ClickBank orders are available through ClickBank Order Support at CLKBank.com. Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not, by itself, refund a payment already completed. Unless applicable law or the applicable checkout terms require otherwise, access continues through the current paid or trial access period.
7. Returning after cancellation and saved progress
AniMandaland uses a single three-month paid subscription. Cancelling or allowing the subscription to expire does not delete recorded learning or release progress. If you subscribe again, the content-release schedule resumes from the point preserved by the service, subject to technical availability and these Terms.
8. Access and digital delivery
Access is delivered through animalmandala.com/animandaland/. The account state determines what is available: a 4SM participant receives the free experience, while an active or trialing AML subscriber receives AniMandaland content according to the applicable progressive release schedule. AniMandaland is a drip-delivered digital membership; the full library is not delivered all at once.
AniMandaland delivery schedule:
- Months 1–5: 15 new AnimalMandalas from AnimalMandala WORLD are released each month.
- Months 6–10: WORLD continues with 15 new AnimalMandalas per month and COLLECTION begins with 12 new AnimalMandalas per month, consisting of 2 releases from each COLLECTION book. During Months 6–10, the total monthly delivery is therefore 27 new AnimalMandalas: 15 WORLD + 12 COLLECTION.
- After Month 10: the WORLD delivery is complete. COLLECTION continues with 12 new AnimalMandalas per month, consisting of 2 releases from each COLLECTION book, according to the membership release schedule.
Each release may include the applicable guided palettes, MiniMandaLand or multi-page formats, and download variants described on the current product page. The release month is personal to the member’s AniMandaland journey and is not necessarily the same as a calendar month.
Files may be delivered through secure links or third-party cloud infrastructure. You are responsible for a compatible device, software, and internet connection. AniMandaLand coloring pages are printable digital files, so a printer or access to a local or online printing service is required to use the coloring pages. SVG source files and other production assets are not included unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise.
9. Personal-use licence
Unless a separate written licence states otherwise, purchases and subscriptions grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, print, and use the supplied files for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, reproduce for commercial use, or make the files available to others.
10. Digital product return policy, withdrawal, and refunds
Our voluntary Seller Return Policy is no refunds once digital access or delivery has begun. AniMandaLand provides digital access and downloadable files that cannot be physically returned after delivery. Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund a payment that has already been completed. Files already downloaded may continue to be kept and used under the personal-use licence in these Terms, while online membership access remains subject to the applicable paid or trial access period.
Nothing in this policy removes any withdrawal right, legal guarantee, refund, price reduction, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where required, express consent to immediate digital delivery and the applicable acknowledgement concerning withdrawal rights will be requested before access begins.
For purchases made through ClickBank, AnimalMandala’s Seller Return Policy does not offer voluntary refunds after digital access or delivery has begun. ClickBank administers ClickBank orders, returns, and subscription cancellations and may approve a return, replacement, reversal, or other remedy under its own Return and Subscription Cancellation Policy, applicable law, payment-network or payment-provider rules, fraud controls, duplicate-charge handling, or other requirements. Nothing in our Seller Return Policy limits ClickBank’s rights or discretion as retailer.
Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, failed delivery, corrupted files, or material technical defects so that we can restore access, replace defective files, or provide any remedy required by law.
11. Digital-service conformity
We will provide digital content and services in conformity with the description made available at purchase and with applicable mandatory legal guarantees. If content is defective, unavailable, or materially different from what was promised, contact us so that we can restore conformity, replace the file, or provide another remedy required by law. A refund is provided only where a mandatory legal right or a binding decision of the applicable retailer/payment provider requires it.
12. Intellectual property
AnimalMandala designs, illustrations, text, graphics, branding, software, palettes, and other original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership is transferred to you. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.
13. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, share accounts, scrape or automate bulk downloads, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, commit fraud, or use the service unlawfully. We may reasonably restrict or suspend access to protect users, rights holders, and the service.
14. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features and hosting providers. We will use reasonable care to minimize material disruption. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated when required by law. Temporary maintenance, internet failures, payment-provider outages, and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, unlawful use, payment failure, or security risk, subject to applicable law. Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued before termination. Clauses concerning intellectual property, licence restrictions, liability, and disputes survive where relevant.
16. Liability
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, AnimalMandala is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, losses caused by incompatible equipment or third-party services outside our reasonable control, or business losses arising from personal-use products. Any permitted aggregate limitation will not be less than the amount required by applicable law.
17. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. ClickBank processes payment information for ClickBank-operated checkouts under its own privacy terms.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical, or service reasons. The updated date will be shown above. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Where required, we will give notice before a material change affects an active subscription.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of habitual residence. Consumers may bring proceedings in any court made available by mandatory consumer law. Before starting a dispute, please contact us at support@animalmandala.com so that we can try to resolve the issue.
