AnimalMandala is the controller for personal data used to operate animalmandala.com. Contact: support@animalmandala.com.

Data we use

We process the name, email address, account and access status, consent records, subscription identifiers and status, saved progress, support messages, affiliate data, and technical security/log data needed to provide the website. ClickBank processes payment credentials for ClickBank-operated checkouts; AnimalMandala does not store full card details.

Purposes and lawful bases

  • Account creation, digital delivery, subscription administration, service emails, and support: performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract.
  • Security, fraud prevention, service reliability, and limited operational analytics: legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
  • Optional marketing and non-essential cookies: consent. These choices are separate and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Accounting, tax, and legal compliance: legal obligations.

Service messages and marketing

Access links, Start Coloring, weekly 4 Seasons Mandala releases, monthly AniMandaland releases, payment and security notices are service communications connected to the journey you requested. Optional promotional email requires a separate choice and includes an unsubscribe mechanism.

Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by hosting, email delivery, CRM, security, analytics/consent, affiliate, and payment providers only as needed for their function. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using an adequacy decision or approved safeguards where required. ClickBank and other providers also act under their own privacy notices where applicable.

Retention

Account and journey data is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so saved progress can be restored. Transaction and tax records are retained for legally required periods. Consent evidence is retained as needed to demonstrate compliance. Security logs and unsuccessful form data are kept only as long as reasonably necessary. You may request deletion, subject to legal retention duties.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and you may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact support@animalmandala.com. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

Necessary cookies operate the site, login, consent preference, checkout, security, and affiliate attribution where applicable. Children and changes
